Cream/Ointment for drool rash??

Does anyone know of a good cream or ointment for drool rash? I've read a few things online but no one has really listed any brands or what not. DS1 didn't really have this issue, but DS2 has soooo much drool and his rash is starting to appear on his cheeks!

Anti monkey butt diaper rash cream! Alice's doc mentioned regular baby lotion or vaseline just before bed or naps to protect the skin.

My LO just had this problem for the first time yesterday! I put lanolin under his bottom lip and on his cheeks before he went down for a nap, and it cleared it up so quickly!

I've just used vaseline.

I have been wondering why his cheeks have been so red! I keep checking to make sure he doesnt have a fever.
