Since coats in car seats are a no no due to safety I made Annabelle a carseat poncho this weekend. I can still clip her in underneath, the back goes over the car seat and she still stays warm. Even though we have a garage I hated pulling her out of the carseat in the cold and having to put her jacket on. Here is how it came out!

 

PS. Right now it comes all the way down to her ankles so hopefully I can still use it next year.
