help! babykicks hemp goes where?

Okay we are going to try our bum genius 4.0 for the first time tonight! my guy soaks his disposables so I bought the babykicks hemp with hemp on one side and i think fleece on the other?

anyways, when stuffing the pocket which goes on top, the bg microfiber or the hemp? and does hemp go up? so under the fleece pocket layer goes what?

Do you have the doubler or the JoeyBunz? I have the JoeyBunz premium hemp, and I put that under a bamboo insert at night. Now that I look at it, I don't know which side of the premium insert is hemp and which is fleece. I think the hemp is on top. I have the Kanga Care 6R soaker in hemp, and that's the same as the outside material.

They aren't hemp and fleece, they are hemp fleece (well, hemp/cotton fleece). Fleece just means that the fabric is a smooth knit on one side and brushed on the other.

You'd likely want the microfiber on top nearest your baby. Hemp absorbs more slowly. Some babies can have just the hemp insert and be fine, but others pee too quickly and need the microfiber on top.
