How many bottles/naps per day

My lo eats 5 bottles a day. About every 3 hours during the day. (He sttn so no nighttime bottle). He still can't stay awake much past 2 hours at a time so he takes 4 naps a day. One between each bottle. Usually they are pretty short catnaps. Occasionally if we are out in the car or in the swing it will be a longer nap,  When can they start staying up longer and dropping one of the naps??? And then will it be less naps but for a longer time??

  • Man my kid must nap a lot compared to your babies. He can barely stay up 45 mins to an hour without getting super p!ssy. His naps last anywhere from and hour to two. He eats 6 to 8 oz every 3 to 4 hours and STTN. He may wake up once around 4 or 5 but goes back down until 8 or 9.

  • sometime Dot snaps from 12-4 (like today, she's still napping) and other days its an hour here or there. She drinks 2-3 oz bottles every 2-3 hours. Typically averaging an ounce per hour. She STTN 10pm till 7am.

  • My DD eats 3-5 bottles a day. She takes a 30min-ish nap 2 hours after waking up. Also a 1-2 hour nap around 4 or 5pm with 2 or 3 cat naps inbetween.

  • DD naps a lot IMO. At least 4 a day and normally 5. Very rarely 3.

We BF but she takes 3-4 bottles (12 ounces or 16 ounces) at daycare and normally nurses 3-4 times outside of that. They have her on a pretty good 2.5-3 hour feeding schedule at daycare but she nurses more frequently when I'm around (probably 8-10 times a day on weekends).

    She rarely STTN.
