I posted this question in response to a cs modification post below but it was so late it didnt get a response. Modification isnt something we will be able to do until next year (income changed by 24% and a 25% change is required OR every 3 years) but I noticed the documents ask for all of NCP bill info tho the amounts are considered when establishing cs. I am assuming they want this info to easier track NCP down upon no payment. However, the state asks for all visitation related transportation to be submitted.Does your state as for this information ? If so, does it effect support amounts? I'm just curious about it since we pay thousands in plane tickets every year.

If she doesn't like it, she shouldn't have fucked it. BM tried to pull this ***, except she was military too and met and married DH while they were in Germany. Back in the 1990s the judge saw through that and forced both to cover the costs.
Second, all you can does ASK to have the cost of transportation taken into account when adjusting the CS payments, I would also insure that The court does NOT take into account special pays or BAH, since you DO move more than 3 years and while a lower BAH may make it tight n the budget, it may not be 25%. That too is not fair. If readjustments were easier, then I would have no problem with it, but it's not.
Yes BM knew what she was getting into in regards to the military lifestyle. He joined th military two months after they married and nine months after ss was born.
However bah, BAS and any other allowances are counted as income in our case because the state specifically outlines them as income. If we received wic or food stamps those would be the only "income" not considered for cs
