Laryngitis???

LO lost her voice like Wednesday night into Thursday morning.  Any ideas?  Should I call the dr?  She seems fine otherwise.  No runny nose or fever.  Seems pretty happy (had her shots last week so she was fussy from that).  But no excessive crying.  Sleeps through the night.

This happened a couple months ago and I took her in and it was nothing.  This time it seems like it's lasting longer...

    Does she have any snot or acid reflux? If she has a stuffy or runny nose, she could have post nasal drip and the sinuses are draining into her throat and just collecting on her vocal chords/larynx/pharynx. Meanwhile, if she has reflux, the acid could be coming up and irritating them which will cause her to lose her voice as well.  Lastly,could she be overly tired? I know mornings that I had slept well, I"m horse/raspy. If I continue to no sleep, I lose it.
