I definitely prefer Parker, and I think either spelling of Reid/Reed is acceptable. One might technically be the correct spelling, but nothing that would ever get a side eye from anyone.

I like Reid best as a name, however if you want to use both I think Parker Reid flows nicer as a FN/MN combo. I'm really not a fan of the name Parker though, its not my style.
Gotta go with Reid, since that's my DS's name. The Reid spelling is the Scottish variant, and the Reed spelling is, I believe, the English variant. So they are both legit spellings, and if you have ancestry in either camp that you'd like to honor, this may help you make a decision (my ancestry is Scottish, which is why we chose Reid). Otherwise, it's just personal preference. This board tends to strongly favor the Reid spelling for whatever reason. And I think, though it's been awhile since I looked, Reid is the more popular spelling nationwide.
I actually do like Parker, too. But it falls a little into the trendy category for me due to the -er ending. The "do-er"/profession names are popular right now (e.g., Archer, Hunter, Carter). But it's not so trendy sounding that people would hear it and automatically think of this decade, so this may not be an issue. Good luck deciding!
but Parker Reid has a nice flow (although together it's a little geeky - Peter Parker (spiderman) and Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic of the Fantastic Four) - maybe it's me that's geeky) :P
Reid/Reed is nice. I do believe that Reed is the traditional form but I prefer Reid. I nixed it because we read alot and it would feel odd to me to say "hey Reid lets read" all the time.
Re: Parker or Reid/Reed?
I prefer Reid over Parker...Reid spelled this way.
Like PP mentioned, Reed reminds me of a wetland plant.

I flip flop on liking both or just being neutral.

Parker is okay...
