Yes Santa got him one this year, thanks to Craigslist where most of Santa's presents are from.

Potentially stupid question:  at 2 years old, does a kid 'get' what a birthday is?  Do they at least get excited in anticipation of a special day for them?  The only two year olds I really knew we're kind of slow developmentally so I am not sure what is normal for that age.

 

 I dont know how much he gets, but whenever he sees balloons or cake or presents he says "HAPPY DAY" and tells me Thomas the Train Happy Day.  We just started telling him he will be 2 years old. So he understands there will be food and wonderful times.

I'm here too. I've been home all day with LO and its been awesome. Working had made it really hard to stay active in here. I keep missing all the fun drama. Also, my baby is getting so aware and needs a lot more of my attention, so bumping is even harder than usual.

im here i just finished feeding B his first MOTN at 415a. he is sleeping now and im still up because i started work early since returning. i had a looong final week at work.

Im working a few hours the next few weekends just to finish things out then i will be home with my baby working remotely for a new co! Cant wait
