great OB appt!
I asked my OB all my vbac questions today and no red flags! I am allowed to go overdue, no timeframe even mentioned, I will have to have an IV, but no epidural is required, continuous monitoring is required but they do have the wireless monitors. She did express concern about the wireless monitors due to the delay. She said they have about a 5 min delay so that's something to discuss as we get closer. She will induce with pitocin if needed but most likely only if I am already making progress. She said what most of her VBAC patients do is wait it out until the very end and if they go into labor on their own, then great, if there is progress she is ok with an induction, if there is no progress then she prefers not to induce from zero but to go ahead with a rcs. My favorite part of the appointment was when she said "I want you to be successful" yeah!!!
