We are having chicken and veggie stir fry with rice and chicken cilantro mini wontons.

This morning I was thinking we'd have crock pot baked potato with baked bbq chicken. BUT I never got the potatoes going mmm..

Well, you know...I got the wontons at Trader Joe's, but I'm making everything else.

 Not too late for potatoes. Wash 'em, put 'em in foil, poke 'em with a fork, and bake 'em for like 2.5 hours at 450.

Since we are having a heat wave today (a whopping 33 degrees) DH is grilling burgers!  I'm doing sweet potato fries and fruit salad as sides.
