You look awesome!!  It looks like you have some wave? If so can your hair person just cut it with layers throughout to enhance the wave? I wash, condition and then comb thru my hair with a wide tooth comb before I rinse the conditioner out.  I air dry and use a glossing cream/spray or oil when its humid out.  My shortest layer is just long enough for a pony tail and my hair looks amazing down with virtually zero maintenance.

Yeah, it's at the point where its not straight, but it's not curly! lol.

Some layers might be a great idea! I love easy hair! Thanks!!

If you go that route make sure they stagger so you don't end up with two lengths.
