S/O flower names

The Lilac post got me thinking about my dad's favorite flower. My dad's name was Michael, my sister was named for him (Michelle) and I wouldn't use the same name for a daughter. Michaela is too trendy to me considering the dozens of creative spellings. His favorite flower was irises. It was a common motif he used in a lot of his stained glass windows.

I like the flow of Iris Bernadette. I have a flower name too.

If you heard Theodore, Francis, and Iris would think we were all over the place in terms of names?

I think they all sound like pretty classic names and think they work fine together. And I love Iris. It's on our top 3 list for girls right now.

No, we're going to be Team Green again. But I did the Mat21 test so I could know if I wanted to.

This is a little off topic but I get so excited to see the names of the babies from regs on this board!  I don't know her username but the most recent I can think of is the one with 3 girls with all M names!

Nope! I never understood why it bothers people if the names are slightly different styles.  I mean if you name one kid something normal like Michael Joseph and the other something crazy like Pilot Inspektor, then I judge you for the mismatched names.  But if one name is classic and one is more trendy, who cares?

This is so going to be us. Not naming our kid Pilot Inspektor, but a far cry from Gabriel, most likely. You all better give it to me straight!

I know a Michelyn. I'm not positive how she spelled it but it is a legit name. It is pronounced Mike Lynn. I think its pretty and very unique.
