You pick the weight, but ideally it should be somewhere in your healthy weight range. My intial goal weight was right in the middle of the weight range because I wasn't sure after two kids how much I could actually lose. I am about 2 lbs above the bottom of the weight range right now and have maintained that for about 10 months.
You pick the weigh w/i that range and as long as it is healthy you are fine!!!! Congrats, I see you ahev loast 10lbs. I am officially back on a diet starting today, but am doing it on my own for now. I know its ounds horrible but I dont have the time and teh extra money right now to go sit at the meetings. If need be after the new yr. Your girls are as beautiful as ever!!!!
