Recommendations for DC area fee-only financial advisor?

I'd like to get more proactive with investing.  I'm not that experienced in investing, although what holding me back is more panic from declines in value.  Is there anyone the board recommends?

We just used Jeff Zurez of Sanchez and Zures and he was great!  Has a lower hourly rate than some other fudiciaries we talked to and did a wonderful job.
