Toddlers: 24 Months+

Eating

We just welcomed a new LO into our lives a month ago, and since then I've noticed my toddler will not eat. She will eat a pancake or a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and then refuse meals all day, unless it's milk. I have a slight feeling it's due to the fact the new baby eats only milk, so she wants to emulate the same behavior, but I am not sure what to do to get her to eat more. I've tried all of her favorite foods, or the "big girl vs. baby" conversation, but nothing works. Any ideas? I am getting pretty frustrated at this point.

Re: Eating

  • That's a good idea. I let her help me cook most nights, but it probably doesn't help that she was already pretty picky to begin with. Dunking would probably make her a lot more pleased. I will try out all of these and see if any of it helps! Thanks :)
