I'd recommend Harvard Vanguard. Although it depends on the hospital that you deliver at, if they don't have tubs to birth in, then it doesn't matter. The Brigham doesn't have tubs, we had our son there. I was very please with my HVMA midwife in post office square.

I go to Commonwealth OB/GYN in Brookline! The doctors there are amazing! I will be delivering at Brigham and Women's. I don't know much about water-birth options but I'm inclined to think it's something they are familiar with!
I've heard that newton whelsley hopspital has tubs in their delivery rooms. My sister in law delivered their and they were very accommodating.
This. NWH has a gorgeous newly renovated maternity ward. I will be delivering there. See if you can find an OB that delivers there! It's amazing and affiliated with the Brigham and Mass General in Boston.
This may be too late to be helpful (sorry), but FWIW, my OB is Dr. Gagliardi at Harvard Vanguard and I absolutely love her. I live on the South Shore now but I am going to keep going into the city to see her for my next baby because I love her and the other staff there so much. I also had an absolutely top-notch experience at Brigham for my delivery - everything there is the best of the best. GL!
