Bellaband

This is my first pregnancy.  Is the bellaband worth it?  Thanks!

    YES!!! I swore by mine even after birth.  I had a few different colors.  Depending on your built the cheaper ones work good too.  However it does a little bit to get used too but they work great in my opinion.

    I hated it. Wore it a few times but it felt very tight and restrictive
