We're looking to hire an in-home caretaker for 4 hours in the morning, 2-3 days a week. This will cover the gap betwen when I leave for work and when DH gets home.
The problem being, DH's schedule changes from month to month, sometimes even week to week. I thought an agency would be able to accommodate us with flexible staffing. Plus I like the fact that they do all the background screening. I called Nanny Poppinz for info today, but I'm waiting to hear back from them.
Time is passing by quickly, but I don't know where to look.?Please, any suggestions?! ?
