First overnight trip

I travel a lot with my job and now I have my first overnight meeting in a couple weeks. Sad face. This also happens to be the week that the nanny is on vacation. DH is extremely busy at work right now so we are counting on MIL to help us out quite a bit that week. She is the type who gets stressed when babies cry, and this is stressing me out even more. I know that DH will do just fine in the evenings, but of course I'm nervous for him putting them to bed by himself. Have any of you had overnight trips away from your lo? If you bf, how did pumping go? Anything else to share?

I have a 3 night business trip next week and I'm very nervous.  MIL and FIL will be here to help out DH.  I have gone away before when it was just DS1 and they have all done fine.
