I'm also 4 weeks and I've been told that is normal as long as it isn't heavy bleeding with cramps. If you're really concerned its worth calling your doctor so the stress doesn't get to you but honestly that sounds okay. Good luck!
I'm four weeks five days. On Friday I started having some spotting and light bleeding and was scared to death. On Saturday, I got my second beta and my hcg went from 68 to 368. The doctor says everything is great and not to worry about the spotting/light bleeding and that I don't need to return until March 1st for an ultrasound. It's still scary though and I might go get another beta, just to put my mind even more at ease.
Go check out your BMB. There is a lot more activity there and everyone will be going through similar things. GL.
And brown spotting is normal.
