what is this?

I went back to work on the 14th.  DD2 wasn't taking the bottle the first week all too well and then by the end of the first week was sick.  I figured because she was so congested, she just wasn't eating well.  She was waking at night at the same time to eat, but again during the day hardly anything.  Well this week she is no longer sick and taking the bottle just fine from my mom who watches her.  I feed her first thing in the morning anywhere between 530 and 7am and when I get home between 3 and 4.  She is only drinking about 8-10 ounces on average total during the day in 2-3 bottles.  When I get home she cluster feeds, which I figured she would do, but now the past 2 nights she has gone from getting up once a night to 3 times.  Do you think she is catching up with her feedings or is it a growth spurt.  My mom said she naps 2-3 hours while in the swing at her house, so the period I'm gone she only is awake to have the 2-3 bottles.  When we're home she naps in a crib and usually eats every 2 hours.
