Feeding Schedule

Even though I am almost 8 months into my second kid, I do not know much about formula. I'm trying to wean (for various reasons) and I don't know how much/often I should be feeding my DS. He currently BF's about every 3 hours and is eating solids 3x a day. What does your bottle schedule look like (time and oz). Thanks!

also bottle before bed at 7 so 4 bottles a day 7-8 ounces
