Supply dropped because of pseudoephedrine, will it come back?

Thanks in advance for any answers.  I had to take pseudoephedrine for the past few days (4) to be able to function at work (calling in sick is not an option).  My supply is definitely lower today, but I think I am well enough now to stop taking the pseudoephedrine.  If anyone has had this happen, will my supply come back?  I know I can just wait a few days and see, but I'm feeling anxious about it, so I thought I would see if anyone can ease my mind.  I've read about Fenugreek, but I have to sit within a few feet of clients all day long so I CANNOT smell like maple syrup (as nice as that may be).

I don't have an answer about pseudoephedrine (though I have the same question), but I have used Fenugreek and people standing next to you won't be able to smell it - it's your urine and sweat that smell. I really only noticed it when I peed and if I had gone a little too long without showering - my pits stunk! As long as your office isn't an area where you are likely to sweat, I don't think people would be able to smell maple syrup on you.

My DH said that it made my lady bits smell like syrup too, but since he is a pancake addict he loved it, hah!

Your should be able to up your supply. Although, you many need to stop taking the pseudoephedrine since anything that will dry out your sinuses will dry out your milk supply. 

Try eating oatmeal, be sure that you are drinking a lot of water, rink mothers milk tea.  When I was taking fenugreek my husband could never smell the maple syrup even though I could.

I've had to take psuedoephedrine a few times now, and while I have lost an ounce or two while taking it, it's always come back once I'm feeling better. Lots of water and oatmeal seem to help me.

I've taken sudafed and then was able to keep bf.  I noticed that my supply did dip a little bit, but I drank lots of mothers milk tea and found that just getting healthier got me back to normal.

Thanks for your help everyone! Taking the Sudafed was a desperation move after the Afrin stopped working and I completely couldn't breathe. I did fine for about 3 days, then my supply tanked very suddenly. I am off the Sudafed now and just had some yummy oatmeal for breakfast so feeling optimistic. And good to know that other people can't smell the maple syrup smell with Fenugreek. I was imagining having a day packed with people sitting in my office and asking "What's that smell?" If my supply doesn't pick up quickly I will try the Mother's Milk Tea and some Fenugreek. Happy Thursday everyone!
