SO's best friend's girlfriend at  the time (wife now) got pregnant our last year of high school and so did his mom. His daughter and sister are 6 months apart and they're 7 years old now and inseparable!

That is awesome! I always feel like my family is a freak show. It's nice to know we are not that abnormal! Whenever I tell people I have a 2 year old sister they look at me funny. It's a fun conversation starter. Ha!

That is so awesome! One of my half nieces is a year older than me and she had a little boy in November. I'm not ridiculously close to her, but we're not on bad terms or anything; it was just awkward growing up with the same last name, in the same school, while not being siblings and having two very different groups of friends. I'm fairly close to her younger sister though so I am really hoping Paula and my little great nephew can be close growing up since they're so close in age! 

I secretly hoped my dad and stepmom would want a baby together, but I knew it wouldn't happen. They were married when I was 14, so 13 years ago, and she's now in her mid 50s and my dad is going to be 75 this year. I was so disappointed when my stepmom said she was getting fixed. ha!
