  • Never liked it until I got knocked up.

    I make mine from scratch - avocados mixed with fresh salsa (I cheat and buy the fresh salsa from the co-op) and a little worchester sauce stirred in. Yummo.

    Garlic, lime, and a little cumin mixed in makes some delicious guac. Although, I don't mind a little tomato in mine.

  • It depends.  I seem not be a big fan of guacamole at a restaurant, but a coworker's wife made some and I could have eaten the whole bowl.

  • I'm a little disappointed for those of you who eat it pre packaged. It's so much better when you make it fresh. 

    Tip: keep the pits in the guac and it won't turn brown. Wrap it up tight and it will keep for a couple days...if it goes that long without being devoured.

    It's a consistency thing for me.  And yes, I'm aware that it shouldn't be any different than guacamole.  I'm getting better about it but it still gets to me sometimes.

    Just giving you a hard time. I can eat mashed potatoes, apple sauce and pear sauce, but not any kind of cheesy soup or oatmeal. Texture issues. I cant seem to get past them.
