Do you worry about PVC in products or if they are listed as BPA and phthalate free is that enough for you? Just looking for some other opinions as I am not sure where I stand.
Right now, I am researching the PVC in every toy and other item I am buying for my daughter. (I am 24 weeks pregnant.) I don't know if I will be able to keep up with it, but that's what I'm doing for now. It is so time consuming!
I have spent so much time researching toys for BPA, PVC, Lead paint and all other toxic chemicals. I have actually done this for every product I've used on my son since he was born. I have summarized my findings to help others save time so hopefully this can help you too! I know how little time new moms have!
Re: PVC in Toys
i'm a nut about it, but in some things it's hard to tell, so i forgive myself if i miss things,
This.
Plus, I try to buy second hand toys, if anything they have at least offgassed some. And i try not to buy soft plastic toys which are a big offender.
