Britax roundabout 55?

We have the roundabout 55 convertible car seat and its nice, but I noticed the britax 70 has the head rest built in. I'm so mad I didn't register and get that one. Is there something I can put in car seat so thAt my lo head will be more comfortable if he falls asleep? I would love to get the 70. But can't afford 2 seats.

    We have the roundabout and have no problem with DD failing asleep. Kids can fall asleep in the most awkward positions and be totally fine with it. I bought a travel neck pillow for her for the plane and tried it in the car once but she could've cared less. If our LO has no,problem falling asleep (presumably) why bother changing it?
