Exersaucers or jumperoo?

When can we start using them? DD is fascinated with the jumperoo but it seems like it will be another year before she's big enough! (We have the baby Einstein one). The exersaucer still needs to be put together but I need to find a new way for her to entertain herself a bit.  She just started arching her back when I put her in the mamaroo.

Kaley is 11 weeks 3 days and loves her exersaucer. I just put a small blanket behind her so she's not wobbling around in the chair. She's not quite reaching for things fully, but it definitely entertains her for a while.

We just put together Torrey's exersaucer. It's big for him so I put a blanket behind him. We only do about 5 min at a time, like tummy time. We won't use the jumperoo until he has full head and neck control. I stay close and help support him for the few minutes in the exersaucer.

Roman likes his exersaucer for about 10 - 15 minutes a few times a day, but I think he gets a little overwhelmed surrounded by so many toys, textures and colours still.   He's a pro with his Jolly jumper though!

The directions for ours say 4 months, but I put his together last week and his toes touch so I put him in for 5 - 10 minutes about once a day. (He is 3.5 months)

Will put the exersaucer together then...she's about five inches from touching the bottom of the jumperoo. DH said its probably b/c she doesn't weigh enough?

DS got one for Christmas - he was almost 3 months old.  He loves it!  We put him in it every day for about 15 minutes and he loves to jump around, look at all of the toys and try to stand.  At first he was a little short for it but he definitely had a growth spurt and can now touch the ground.

Aria loves her jumperoo.  She's 3 months today and doesn't reach the ground, but we piled books under her feet. We only keep her in there for like 10 minutes at a time.
