Hey ladies, I hope I can join you. I guess I should start out by sharing my ttc story. Right after my husband and I were married, we wanted to have kids right away. After a while of trying, my doctor diagnosed me with PCOS, and no ovulation. At my OB, we did 3 rounds of Clomid and I never responded to any round. My OB referred me to a RE and we first tried 2 rounds of Femara and still nothing. We went to injections and after our second round of Gonal F, we were expecting Quadruplets. We were so excited. Everything was going great, I had no problems up until 16 weeks when my water broke on Baby A. I went straight to my OB and he confirmed that it was indeed my water breaking and he sent me straight to L&D. From there, we met with the Maternal Fetal Doctor and he told us Baby A could regain fluid and the pregnancy could continue, or we could deliver him and possibly the other three also. He sent me home on bed rest. 5 days later, I was having contractions and went back to L&D. Within 30 minutes of being there, baby Jaxon was born. 2 days later, Emersyn, Jayse, and Ellee was born at 17 weeks. We find comfort in knowing our babies are up in heaven where they will never experience pain or sorrow, but at the same time, we wanted nothing more than to have four little ones running around.
This is by far the hardest thing my husband and I have ever been through, and I wish none of us had to be here. We have talked and we want to try again as soon as the doctor gives us the OK to do so. I'm not sure whether to go straight back to the RE since I never ovulated before without treatments, that's something we plan on talking to my docor about next week when we go for our post pardum appt.
I wish none of us ladies ever had to be here, but I do look forward in getting to know you all. Oh, I also read the newbie link.

9/12 2nd round injects and
3 follies = BFP!
10/15 11dpo beta#1 = 162
10/17 beta #2 = 471
1st U/S: Quads!!!
1/13 Baby A ruptured membranes,
our angels Jaxon, Jayse, Emersyn, and Ellee were born @ 17 weeks
5/13 Gonal F with 1 follie - BFP! EDD - 2/11/14

Hi, I am so very sorry for you loss. I loss my son at 21wks and it was the heardest thing ever. I send you hugs. I also have PCOS. I did clomid and it thankfully it worked for me. I suggest you continue with your RE. You already have experience with failed Clomid and Femara. There isnt much your gyn can do for you in the ttc department. I want to wish you the best of luck on your doctors appt. I suggest you have alist of questions if you dont already.
