If you are looking for an in-home daycare recommendation for NE Mpls then I have one for you.  She has openings for age 2 and older as a family she has had for years is moving to another city.  Please PM me and I will give you the information.

Here is my review: 

Carol is the most amazing daycare provider. She has cared for our two little girls for over a year and we are nothing but happy. She is caring, loving, stern and a great teacher for our children. They learn day to day lessons being with Carol and her loving family. We love that she runs her daycare as more of a stay at home Mom kind of environment and doesn't try to schedule every moment of the day. The kids get to be kids, play during the day, learn social skills from each other and Carol. Our oldest (2.5 years old) has learned how to garden, make cookies, rake leaves, etc. Our youngest (1 year) is in a loving consistent environment that is so important to infants.  Carol works with us to help correct problems with our children and with discipline being similar in both her home and ours, problems are corrected much more efficiently. Both of our children are thriving in Carol's home.

Wish my son was a little older - or that this post was written in the future!  He is starting at an infant-only daycare next Monday but I am already thinking about when he graduates to toddler daycare.

Hmmm, I have never heard of infant-only daycare?  Our girls have been established with Carol since my oldest was 11 months.  I can't imagine life without her and can't say enough great things about her.  Keep her in mind for when your son is older, she is also much more affordable than any center.  If you want to PM me I can still give you her contact information, you never know what the future will bring.
