freaking out but trying to stay calm

So I went in for 7 dpo blood work and they drew two vials... My clinic has only ever done progesterone and hcg... I am thinking that since they drew hcg and progesterone right before trigger they are drawing both again to compare... well I had myself convinced to wait for the hcg blood work until Feb 6-7 because I'm sure it's neg (like always) and since it's our last month trying with meds I figure why bother just wait for af and then I'll know... Well knowing they took hcg this morning if it's detectable this time I don't know if I'll be able to wait it out after all... Just felt the need to let it out.... Will know sometime around 3 so I will update when I know...

    Wow, I'm surprised they took hcg so soon. Fingers crossed for you.

    Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
    18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
    BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10

    TTC #2 since Dec 2011
    BFP #2 7/8/12 EDD: 3/18/12 M/C @ 9w1d: 8/16/12

    I was super shocked also, which is why I'm freaking out... I figure it's just for them to see if there was any change or whatever... 

     Okay and results are in... Progesterone on 15th was a 1.6 now a 37.8!!! :)

    Hcg on 15th was a 0 now a 16!!!

    She said I'm technically pregnant!!! However, last time I was further along and had an hcg of 34 and ended in mc... this time it's a week sooner and less so I'm holding hope but not trying to count me as officially preggo just yet... I'm waiting for the nurse to call me back to tell me what this means and I'm hoping to go for blood work again on Friday but we shall see... The good news is my period isn't expected for another 3 weeks so should give this baby enough time to dig in...

    Okay well my happy bubble is gone now... The nurse from the clinic called back and said that my 16 is probably due to my trigger since it's right on the 6 day mark from o. She said that she sees no reason to repeat my blood work and said if I don't get my period by the 30th then to call and they can repeat it then... Well I"m not going to get my period since I just had my period the 10-14 of Jan... So now it's a big mind f*** until the 30th to know if I am or not... If I'm not I'm going for coffee that afternoon... Then shots at dinner!!!

    I was thinking that it was really too early for that test.  I am sorry that your nurses have you confused and hopefully you will still get your BFP!!!
    TTC#1: 14 months on our own (did HSG, b/w, SA);
    BFP on Cycle 14--TWINS! Identical twin boys stillborn at 19wks(1/9/10)
    3 break cycles; took clomid 50mg, BFP #2 Beta #1 35, Beta #2 338!!! Owen was born 2/11/11! 
    TTC#2: 4 cycles on clomid: BFNs
    BFP #3: Cycle #5 100mg clomid; beta #1 21; beta #2 6=CP 
    Cycle #6 break cycle TTC no meds=BFN
    Cycle #7: 150 clomid+ovidril+IUI=BFN (switched to RE)
    Cycle #8: follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
    Cycle #9 Forced break due to cyst
    Cycle #10 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
    Cycle #11 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
    Cycle#12 Forced break due to cyst, went on BCP; did repeat HSG, Saline U/S

    Miracle Surprise BFP, EDD 10-1-15; saw HB great Betas, 11weeks lost baby MC at home
    Moved forward with FET transfered solo frostie on 6-4-15, beta 1: 315, beta 2: 738, u/s showed one baby on track EDD 2-21-16

    Yes, too early to test.  I am sorry they confused you too.  I hope you get your BFP!

    Okay so since they want me to wait until Wednesday and I cannot... would it be unreasonable to get cheap dollar store tests and poas each morning for the next 3 days???? I am thinking that since last Tuesday I got 10,000 and 7 days later had 16 that means a loss of 1426 per day roughly, which would mean if that same trend continued then this am should have 0 (if it's just trigger)... Also means today is day 8 so tomorrow would be day 9 after trigger and then Friday day 10 after trigger so Saturday should be the real truth...??? Does this "logic" make sense or am I just in my bargaining stage of denial???
