I know I still have a slight abdominal separation from when I was pregnant with J. I never really thought about it much until DH and I decided to TTC again. Now I'm worried that it is going to get much worse and be impossible to repair with exercise. I really should have been trying to repair it all along, but I never really thought about it much.
Any moms of 2 have this? Did it get worse? We're you able to fix it?
I used to be a big deal. Now I'm just old.

Not a mom of 2, but after hazel was born I used a belly bandit and it really helped. At my 6 week appt the MW said my abs were completely back together. I hadn't exercised at all at that point so I know it was all because of the bandit.
I don't know if it would make a difference to wear one now, but definitely worth a try after having #2.
Honestly, I never exercise. I know that's horrible. lol So mine has just kind of mostly repaired itself over time, but there is still a small gap. Like 1/2". I'm kind of confused about what to do since we are TTC. I guess I could always start exercising, and then whenever I have baby #2 try the belly bandit as well.
I just decided to start doing this last night. I've been thinking my abs were completely back together but recently realized they aren't! Eeeek. So, I'm going back to square one.
