Hey friend! How did your monitoring go today? Hope well! Oh and I got a BFN yesterday...as expected. :-( Oh well. Keep me posted!

HI FRIEND! This has been the most psycho 2 days of my LIFE! We went in for monitoring yesterday morning and it turns out I had 2 follies on my right at 17mm and 13 MORE measuring 14mm and under on either side. I HAD 15 FOLLIES over 10mm where 3 days earlier I had none! I went in for b/w to decide if we would need to cancel and it turns out I was SURGING on my own and didn't even need the trigger and i'm not at risk of becoming the Octomom!

This morning DH and I went in for IUI #1, and the nurse said everything went as perfectly as it possibly could have, and DH's numbers were fantastic (something like... 30 million all going in the right direction) and there are 2 mature eggs floating around in there waiting to be fertilized! UMM HOW DID THIS HAPPEN SO FAST?! I of course felt like such an idiot over the past 2 days for feeling so sorry for myself when I didn't respond right away to the Follistim, and then of course almost over-responded 3 days later.  I start estrogen suppositories (YUCK Migraine city) in 2 days and she said to call her in 13 days when I get a positive HPT (Nice positive thinking there lady, I am more cautious).... So here i am FOR REAL in my first 2WW. 

I am so so sorry that you got a BFN this morning. I was wondering when you planned on testing this cycle after your surprise O. I really wanted this to be it for you :-( When can you start your IVF already? Waiting is the WORST.

Hi there! OMG, yay!!!!!!  That's awesome news!!  Yes, definitely a whirl wind!  So glad you are officially in your first 2ww!!  What day is your beta?  Or when do you plan to POAS?  Must mark my calendar, hehe.  Good luck with the fun suppositories, etc...although it's all worth it!  Well definitely keep me posted!

Oh I actually got my BFN on Sunday, however no AF yet.  Feel like it's coming though.  It's actually possible I didn't even O, especially with darn PCOS.  But my cycles have been pretty regular the last 3 months or so (since I used Clomid) and I tended to O on Day 21 every time and I was right there, had the EWCM, crazy O pain I get, and then the +OPK, but I haven't been temping, so that's my own fault.  I guess if AF doesn't come by tomorrow am, I'll poas again, but I'm pretty sure it's a no-go...thought that all along due to the MFI.  

DH had his ultrasound this am.  They didn't really tell him anything though, he has a follow up with the uro on the 4th.  Although I guess the technician eluded to the fact that they didn't really see anything or much of anything.  So maybe he doesn't have a varicocele or maybe it is just slight?  We will see.  He has to do another SA within the next week.  I'm curious to see what the results are since he started taking Fertility Blend three months ago now (but if he does have a varicocele, pretty sure the vitamins don't matter).  So after the SA and the appt on the 4th, we will know more about if we are doing IVF or not.  If we are, I'd like to start on my next cycle which I imagine to be about the end of Feb.  Can't get here soon enough...SOOOOOOOO tired of waiting!!
