What is the dosage your doctor recommended for your LO?

lowest dose on the bottle.  the 2 we've purchased have both said 1.25ml or 1/4 tst

DS's pediatrician uses the following chart: 

For Tylenol with 160mg/5ml concentration:

6-11 lbs: 40mg (1.25ml)

12-17 lbs: 80mg (2.5ml)

18-23 lbs: 120 mg (3.75ml)

24-35 lbs: 160mg (5ml)

The concentration used to be 80mg/0.8ml.  None of the Tylenol we have is that concentration, but I do have a chart for that concentration, too.  If you need it, let me know.

He's been getting 2.5ml since his 2 month shots. It's based on weight, like everyone else said.
