Recommend your ring sling please

Which do you have and why do you like or dislike it?

 I have a woven wrap and a gauze wrap that I love, as well as a mei tei and a beco. I have a sling, but it's not quality and didn't hold up well after DS. I mainly dislike the padded shoulder and the crap quality of the fabric. I'm prepared to spend ~$100, maybe more for something great. Thank you for any help you can offer!
