Scoot Crawling?

Hi Ladies

I am a FTM and Dot is wanting to crawl already...I mean come on girlfriend you cant even sit up yet! She does this thing on her belly where she pulls her knees up to her belly then pushes her belly forward! When I was home earlier pumping I was talking to the nanny, we look over and she moved over 2 feet (over one body length)! I was not expecting her to be mobile this soon!

Jovanni scoots on his back! He moves all over the place. I noticed it first when changing his diaper. He puts his heels in the floor and kicks really hard. He looks so happy scooting along but I'm terrified this means ill be chasing him around soon.

Alice isn't all the way to scooting but she sure tries! She will bend her knees and dig her toes into the floor and scootch a few inches. :]

Little known fact: Newborns are actually mobile from the moment they're born in order to be able to crawl to the breast.

 

That being said, it weirds me out that LO can rock and push himself around his playmat. We keep a close eye on him...
