Hey gals! I'm looking for a safe lubricant. I know that Pre~Seed is usually the go-to when ttc. My only problem with that is I have to order it online. The hubby and I are going to try the sperm meets the egg plan this cycle and I want to use a lubricant toonight just to have a little more "fun" with it. I need one that I can buy at a store. The stores around me are Rite Aid, Walgreens, Kroger, and WalMart.
I searched online and saw where some people recommended Astroglide, but I'm not sure if that's safe to use. Also, Blossom Organics has a natural lubricant but on their website it says that their product hasn't been tested on a woman trying to get pregnant so they can not recommend or advise against using their product. Did any of you have any luck with a lubricant on TTC#1?
Tonight we start our EOD BD so I would love to use it tonight. Thanks in advance!
Re: Lubricants?
Really? I have NEVER heard that. We don't use lube either, I don't have vaginal dryness issues, so this isn't a necessity...more of a want...to try something new. We have used the warming ones in the past for fun, but I don't want anything that will make this any harder on us. I am looking at some other natural ones on Wal-Mart's website but they don't say anything about being safe to use while ttc.
The only brand I am seeing that has a high NO NO record for ttc is KY, but I don't like KY anyways. We always used pure romance lubes for fun in the past. I have some of them but they are warming, tingling, etc...so I don't consider them safe.
I am thinking of going ahead with the blossom organics.
I too have heard that olive oil was a safe lube to use. Can't remember where I saw it but I remember reading it and thinking "well who knew"! lol

I found preseed at Walgreens yesterday, but a little tube was $22.00 and only had 4 applicators with it...so there was no way I was going to buy it for fun! I am going to go ahead and get the Astroglide Natural and try it out
I will let you gals know how it is!
