I'm guessing I'm in the minority here but I love the crispy skin that you get when you bake a chicken. My sister and I use to fight over who got the bigger piece. I just picked up a rottisserie chicken from the grocery store and I'm ashamed to say I'm picking at it right now.
We were at a friends house for dinner a few months ago and they baked a chicken. After it came out of the oven she actually cut the skin off and threw it away. I would have eaten that! It also seems like everyone is always talking about boneless and skinless. Just curious if anyone else eats the skin!
Re: Do you eat chicken skin?
Nope, I just can't bring myself to do it. Junk food is a different story.
On fried and rotisserie chicken, yes, but that's it.
ETA: and chicken wings, of course.
