DS & I went down to stay with my cousin for the weekend. He slept terribly! We ended up bedsharing, just to get him to sleep at all. 

Fast forward to last night at home....we did our normal bedtime routine= dinner, bath, stories, rocking chair & crib. He slept 1.5 hours before he woke up. I had a migraine & DH had to be up @ 4:30am to get ready for work. I caved after the FIFTH time he woke up and brought him to our bed. DH can't sleep with LO rolling around on the bed, so DH slept downstairs on the couch.

Fingers crossed for a better night tonight! I am staying home today & getting this kid back on schedule.

That sounds a touch like my past week! DS has been sick with a nasty sinus infection and horrible cough. He would not stay asleep in his bed for longer than an hour so he ended up spending almost a week in bed with us. Now that he's better, he was still waking up wanting in our bed.

I'm happy to say he slept through the night in HIS bed and he slept the latest he ever has before! There is hope! GL!

SO has been sick with a cough for about a week now but refuses to take any meds or go to the doctor. Now I am sick and have no voice. I am a secretary though and have to answer the phone so this morning has been a nightmare already since no one can really hear me.

I have the day off today, so I wanted to tie some loose ends. I tried to call my insurance company about a claim, and of course they are closed today. It's hard when I'm working because the hours they are open are when I'm teaching or doing prep work. Gah!

Glad to heart your LO us feeling better sleeping alone again! I told DH that I was going to be prepared for 'battle of the beds' tonight.

My MIL is so effin' loud.  It takes so much energy just to listen to her and I just don't have that anymore.  Woman, please stop screaming at my child.  I wish you had a volume knob.

It was 14 below this morning but I still bundled DS up for swimming lessons. Somewhere along the line I lost my mittens and hat. The one block walk to the Y made my fingers numb, fumbling around for change for the meter and trying to get DS all snapped in his carrier didn't help my cold fingers either. Waaah.
