Anyone Been to Tri City Recently Tour or Delivery?

I'm hoping to get in for a tour.  Had my son there three years ago but I know they've been renovating since 2011 and I was never in a mother/ child room because my son went to NICU and I was moved out to a separate ward (from maternity) to recover.  

What is the sleeping/ lounging situation like in labor/ delivery now vs. mother/ child rooms? Trying to plan a little for my husband's sake.  Last time around he might as well have slept on the linoleum for how awful the "recliner" was.

Hi raynadawn! Congrats on #2. I have been in TriCity L&D a few times and have only seen the recliners. They lay flat, but still are only as wide as a regular recliner. You might be able to ask for a roll-away twin bed- I know some hospitals offer this, it's just a matter of asking.
