I am flying to New Jersey for a national meeting in early February. The flight is about 3 1/2 hours. I don't like flying as it is. I am worried about getting sick. I have been reading previous posts and a lot of them say they start to get morning sickness at week seven. Well I am flying out in the middle of week seven and will be there a week. I haven't had morning sickness yet. I am four weeks four days pregnant now with the only symptoms being full breasts and some cramping. What can I do to prevent this?

Re: Advice?
Some people are lucky enough to not get m/s. Hopefully you're one of them. I was with my daughter, I'm hoping to be this time too, as I'm flying right around the same time as you.
I've seen people post about preggie pops working for them. They're basically lollipops I believe.
I was in the same position when I was pregnant with DS. It helped to ask for ginger ale on the flight and packing saltines, pretzels, and sucking candy. Also make sure you get an aisle seat if you can...I got stuck in a middle seat next to a very grumpy guy working on a laptop and it was a PITA when I had to make a mad dash to the bathroom. Good luck!
