I was just looking that up too and I actually found another one on BRU called the Mombo...it is supposed to be the best of both worlds. And it vibrates!
Both, the Brest friend was a lifesaver in the early weeks. By about 8-10 weeks I started to prefer the boppy. I did use the boppy to nurse in bed since birth and found it to work better because my knees were helping to prop it up.

I originally got a boppy and never thought about the Brest friend....until I used it in the nicu. I immediately went to the store and bought one and love it. My daughter currently weighs 4lbs 5oz and its firm enough for her and she does great with it. I highly recommend it!ill keep the boppy for when she's a little bigger.
I love MBF. DS is 10w and I still use it every single day. It's esp useful when he was younger. I love the flat platform and it's much more firm and stable than the boppy. another great feature is the strap - when I'm alone w/DS, i can strap MBF on first, and i still have my both hands free to pick him up from the PnP and bring him w/me to my glider. No need to fumble for the boppy or a pillow while holding DS.

Thank you everyone! This gives me a much better idea. I already have a Boppy, handed down from my sister. It's lost it's firmness though, even after washing. I think I'll get the MBF too, but may go check out the Mumbo as well.
I have a Boppy and loved it. Then I used my friend's MBF once and liked it so much more for actual breastfeeding. I liked how much more supportive it was and how the baby didn't slip out of place as easily.
I have a my breast friend and a travel bobby. I use the my breast friend at home and love that I can get up and walk around with DS and my arms don't get tired from holding him up.
Since the my breast friend is bulky I use the travel bobby when I am out of the house. It folds in half and has a strap so you can hang it on your shoulder and it also comes with 2 velcor strips so you can also hang it from a stroller.
I registered for both, I'm thinking whichever one I get if either I will try one out first, if I don't like it I will purchase the other and LO can use the boppy anyways if I don't like using it for BF'ing.

My boppy was wonderful. I never had any issues with lack of support. we used it alot of tummy time and when DD started to sit up on her own, mainly for extra support.

I very much preferred the my breast friend over the boppy. Every time I nursed in the boppy, DS would roll away from me and I had to put a folded blanket under his head for support. The my breast friend already has a little bump for head support on either side. The boppy does come in handy for other things like tummy time, sitting up, etc.
both! I used the MBF for feeding in the beginning. It was much more supportive and easy to use when we were both figuring out breastfeeding. The boppy was more used for tummy time and supporting dd when she wanted to sit and was still learning how to support herself.
