30 minute naps?!

my little guy is 6 months old and has been taking 30 minute naps since around 3 months old.  he's also been sleeping through the night since then too.  he's still tired upon waking and it just gets worse all day. i've tried everything (extending naps, wake to sleep, swing, etc, etc) any other magical tips? i'm about to go bonkers!!

I feel your pain!  My DD just started getting better with this in the past month, mostly with the morning nap.  Of course, the past two days she's been doing 30 minutes again, so who knows?!?

Be thankful he sleeps the night!
