Not a tea suggestion but 'Shower Soothers' help me get through colds. They are these dissolvable disk you put in the shower that help with congestion. Hope you feel better soon!

The vast majority of cold medicine is safe in pregnancy as well. I mean, tea is nice, but Dristan lets me actually sleep and get better.

That sounds amazing! 

My doctor said to take a couple menthol halls cough drops on put them on the floor of your shower. Take a hot shower and breathe in the vapors. Feel better.

I use TAZO orange and passion. They have helped me. I usually drink them in steam.

Just finishing up a head cold that is migrating to my chest. The shower soothers sound awesomeI'm going to hunt for them tomorrow!

I have some raspberry green tea that works wonders!  bought it at walmart.
