You can't go wrong with icing. I like that blue vanilla funfetti stuff that comes in a can.

Basically any type of real buttercream. Butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, etc. Chocolate, cream cheese, peanut butter...I don't discriminate as long as it didn't come out of a can.

If it comes in a can, it's not icing to me.  It takes almost no skill to make your own buttercream or powdered sugar icing.
