Vitamin question

For those of you who are throwing up a lot, if you throw up shortly after taking your prenatal do you take another one that day or wait until the next day? I threw up today about 40 minutes after taking mine and wasn't sure if I should take another or not. What do you do?

Just wait. One day isn't going to make or break you. If it becomes consistent then you could have an issue.

I would just wait until tomorrow. I asked my midwife the same thing and she said it would be fine to just take it the next day.

Gross question, but Did you notice if the pill had come back up or not? If you did see it, the I would say take a second. If you didn't or don't know, then skip it.

My doc said that if you can keep it down for 5 minutes it better than nothig. But id still talk to your doc!

This time I couldn't tell because I switched to gummy vitamins hoping they would be easier on my stomach so they were chewed up. Also gross, but a few weeks ago I threw up a few minutes after taking my regular vitamins and it tasted like fish. It took me a few minutes to figure out it was the DHA capsule making the fish taste! Yuck!
