I need a professional bra fitting...where to go?

I am in DIRE need of being fitted...properly...I have no clue where to go to get this done...I am in need of suggestions...

I've had good ones at VS and Nordstrom - not sure if you have Nordstrom there.

Victorias Secret, Fredericks of Hollywood, and Motherhood Maternity do. I believe macys and nordstraums do as well.

I actually went today to Victoria Secret and got fitted.  I've been told that both Belk & Sears do as well, if your store has a large enough lingerie department that is.

As a plus size gal, I think I will skip VS...I feel awful going in there...makes me very self conscience...

Don't go to VS. They try to squeeze you into one of their sizes, even if you aren't. I love Nordstrom. They have every size under the sun! And tons of styles. Great fitters too.

I owned a Bra store for 6 years, and would say that Nordstrom does the best bra fits. I would skip VS, they have a lot of young girls not sure of what they are doing in there.

If you feel like you need more coverage remember you can always go up a cup size and down on the band. Make sure any bra you by is fitted on the loosest hook, so as the bra stretches you can go over one clasp.

100% agree with this, I hate VS their bra sizes are not true to size and they only service small skinny girls with hardly any chest. If you are a plus sized girl I highly recommend Layne Bryant. They are fantastic and they will not only fit you but help you find which style of bra works best for your body type.( I also live in central florida)

 

 edit: Im not sure how big you are, nordstrom may do bra fittings but they are super expensive especially if your very large busted. If your anything under an F go to Layne Bryant.

I am 5'4 and weigh 235...I carry most of my weight in the front, though I have large boobs...I have no clue what my cup size is...My old coworker for 2 years told me to get a fitting...she also is a plus size gal, and told me I would feel soooo much better. Being pregnant has made my boobies big and SORE, so I need the support. I will look into both places. Does anyone know if they charge for this?

I agree with Nordstroms as well. If you have a Soma which is the intimates line of Chico's they do great one's as well.

I currently wear a 40 DDD and got mine from VS. They don't sell 40's in the store anymore but prior to pregnancy I was a 38 DD and they have those in the stores. All stores and bras are different so what you would be fitted into at VS might be different than at Soma or another bra store. It all depends on what you like in a bra and the shape you would like your boobs to look like. I tried Soma and they all gave me torpedo boobs (no thanks!). VS gives the more full uniboob look I guess some would call it, but that is what I feel comfortable in. Just my 2 cents! Everyone and every store is different so you just have to find what works for you and your ladies!

I am currently 9 weeks...will be 10 on Thursday
