Is this depression?

I am almost 2 months pp and I guess I don't know how I should be feeling. I love dd so much but since she was born I am either having a great day and get things done or I don't want to move I get frustrated easily, I sneak off to the bathroom and cry. I thought it was normal to have such swings until I started talking to other moms and now idk

It sounds like it is depression. I have it as well, and I experienced the same type of behavior. It is normal to have mood swings, and it is normal to have bad days and good days, especially while hormones are settling down. But if they are constant up and down, then something might not be right. The best thing is to go with your gut. I felt off pretty much right after my baby was born and I kept thinking I needed more time, and making excuses. Finally three months after I finally got help! If anything just talk to your dr and be very honest about anything you're feeling and they will know. Good luck!
