Greetings ladies,
I had med-free birth with my first baby and am going to do it again (if everything goes the way I'd like.). There are quite a few ladies on my birth month board that are looking to do it as well. I really only did a childbirth class, but nothing else. This time around I'd like to do some more informative reading.
Can you please suggest websites, books and other resources for me? I googled, but I figured the ladies on this board have some go-to information. I'd like to thank you in advance!
Re: Resources for those wanting a med free birth?
The first 2 things on my must do list were find a MW practice that supported the type of birth DH and I wanted and 2nd start looking into doulas. Through both of them, (and this site and other researching) I've been lead to books to read and decided that I'm going to do the Hypnobabies Home Study course (based on DH and my schedules this will work better than an actual class).
GL!
