I have this "friend" on FB who posted this gem, although she's really just a girl I knew growing up that I haven't seen since middle school.

"Getting baby B to eat baby food is the hardest thing to do in the entire world. He will be a college freshman eating out of a bottle."

Her baby will be 4 months in a few days.

I mean, really?! Did ya ever think it's that hard because he's not ready? A little harsh, no?

I'm not judging parents who give their baby solids before 6 months. I am judging for having such high expectations about it. I mean he's not even 4 months. Take a break for a few weeks and try again if it's that hard. I had to close FB to prevent myself from commenting. This girl posts a slew of other interesting status updates and photos that make me give the side eye. One of my favorites was her talking about doing a Jillian Michaels workout a week after giving birth and how she had not missed it. I'm guessing she just disregards any advice/recs her doctors give her?

Sorry, turned into a rant a little. Anyone else have any FB "friend" gems? Care to share?

A high school acquaintance has been trying to get pg for over a year with no luck. She posts every month when she gets af, and expresses her deep disappointment. She has also posted about her weight loss journey. She started at 410 and is currently 350, and claims she can't lose any more. I can't believe that she is so open about such personal things!!
